摘要
为了探究预喷射与后喷射对柴油机尾气中有害物质的影响,通过高压共轨柴油机台架试验,在不同的预喷与后喷参数下对柴油机尾气中有害物质的排放进行测试。试验结果表明:针对柴油机进行燃油预喷射可有效抑制尾气中NOx的产生,但烟度值有所升高;加入燃油后喷射后,NOx与烟度值均呈现减小趋势;随着近后喷射燃油喷射量的增加,尾气中烟度值呈先减小后增加趋势,NOx排放的变化无明显规律;根据试验数据确定了YN33发动机在各个工况下的最优排放点,在该排放点,尾气中各种有害物质排放均有所下降。
Abstract
In order to explore the influence of pre-injection and post-injection on harmful substances in diesel engine exhaust gas, a bench test of high-pressure common rail diesel engine was conducted under different injection parameters to test the content of harmful substances. The test results show that the pre-injection can effectively suppress the generation of NOx in the exhaust gas, but will lead to the increase of soot. Both NOx and soot show a decrease trend after introducing the post-injection. With the increase of post-injection volume, the soot in the exhaust gas shows a trend of first decrease and then increase, and NOx has no obvious law of change. According to the test data, the optimal emission point of YN33 engine was determined under various operating conditions, at which the content of various harmful substances can reduce.
