摘要

2009年捷达车1.6 L自然吸气汽油机为研究对象,搭建汽车尾气测试转鼓试验台架,安装自主研发的EGR系统和市售的三元催化器控制装置,结合GB 18285—2018 《汽油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法及简易工况法)》中简易瞬态工况法进行排放试验,综合评价了以上排放控制技术对在用轻型汽油车排放特性的影响。结果表明:发动机引入EGR气体后,NOx排放明显下降,随着EGR阀开度不断增大,NOx排放下降幅度也逐渐增加,CO和HC排放呈现先降低后升高趋势;更换三元催化器后,有害排放污染物中CO、HC和NOx明显降低,CO排放近乎零排放,催化转化效果极其明显;三元催化器结合EGR系统后,有害污染物排放均有所降低,在EGR阀开度2%~10%范围内,随着EGR阀开度增大,NOx排放明显减低,CO和HC排放略有上升的负面效果因三元催化器净化而抵消。

Abstract

Taking the 2009 Jetta 1.6 L naturally aspirated gasoline engine as the research object, a rotating drum test bench for automobile exhaust gas testing was set up, and the self-developed EGR system and commercially available threeway catalysts were configured. The emission experiments were conducted according to the short transient driving cycle in the legislation of GB 18285-2018 named "Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Gasoline Vehicles under Two-Speed Idle Conditions and Short Driving Mode Conditions". The effects of above-mentioned emission control technologies on emission characteristics of light-duty gasoline vehicle were comprehensively evaluated. The results show that the NOx emission reduces significantly after the introduction of EGR. The NOx emission reduces gradually and the CO and HC emissions decrease first and then increase with the increase of EGR valve opening. The CO, HC and NOx emissions reduce significantly and the CO emission is near to 0 after the using of new three-way catalyst. The combination of three-way catalyst and EGR system also promotes the reduction of harmful pollutant emissions. In the range of 2%-10% EGR valve opening, the NOx emission reduces significantly and the negative effects of slightly increasing of CO and HC emissions are counteracted due to the purification of threeway catalyst with the increase of EGR valve opening.
