摘要

提出了一种机械式四连杆连续可变气门驱动机构,并完成了结构布置设计和第二凸轮型线设计。针对该连续可变气门驱动(CVVA)机构样机进行了试制安装,并在试验台上成功地运转到7 200 r/min,通过对不同控制轴转角下的气门升程和加速度进行测量分析,结果表明该CVVA机构能达到预期的设计目标。

Abstract

A mechanically continuous variable valve actuation mechanism with four connecting rod was proposed, and the structural layout and the second cam profile were designed. The trial-manufacture of prototype CVVA mechanism was conducted and the mechanism operated up to 7 200 r/min successfully on a test bench after the installation. The valve lift and acceleration were measured and analyzed based on the various angles of control shaft. The results show that the CVVA mechanism can achieve the anticipated design goals.
