摘要

随着汽车动力总成电气化趋势的加速,发动机面临更加严峻的升级压力,但这也给高效发动机设计开发提供新的思路。本研究针对应用于增程式电动汽车的汽油机,通过专门开发的单缸机,分析了均质稀薄燃烧、缸内喷水冷却以及废气再循环等技术对该单缸机实际燃烧过程的影响,研究了各项技术对达到45%有效燃油热效率的贡献度,为未来高效发动机设计优化提供新的思路。

Abstract

The ongoing electrification of automotive powertrain makes engine upgrading more challenging,while it also provides an opportunity to design and develop high-efficiency engine. Based on a bespoke single-cylinder gasoline engine for extended range electric vehicle,the influences of homogeneous ultra-lean combustion,in-cylinder water injection cooling and EGR on in-cylinder combustion process were analyzed,and the contribution of each technology in achieving 45% effective fuel thermal efficiency was studied,which presented a new path to future high-efficiency engine design and optimization.
