摘要

针对柴油机相继增压系统切换过程排气能量瞬态变动造成柴油机转速波动大的问题,提出了利用旁通阀进行切换过程瞬态排气能量控制,从而实现切换过程平顺控制的方法。建立了GT-Power/Simulink 相继增压耦合仿真计算模型,对切换过程中排气能量对相继增压切换过程以及柴油机切换转速的影响规律进行了研究。仿真结果表明:通过提高切换转速以及合理的阀门控制方法可以减小切换时的排气能量损失,使切换时柴油机的转速波动幅度减少至25 r/min。

Abstract

In order to solve the large fluctuation of diesel engine speed caused by the transient change of exhaust energy in the switching process of diesel engine sequential supercharging system, a bypassvalve control method of transient exhaust energy was proposed so that the smooth control could be realized. The coupling simulation model of GT-Power/Simulink sequential supercharging was established and the influences of exhaust energy on sequential supercharging switch process, diesel and switch speed were studied. The simulation results show that the exhaust energy loss reduces by increasing the switching speed and using appropriate valve control method and the fluctuation amplitude of diesel engine speed decreases to 25 r/min.
