A driving circuit based on boost circuit was designed. In the driving process of injector, the oscillating current modulated by the solenoid valve inductance of injector was used to charge the driving high-voltage source and the consumed energy in the driving process was quickly supplemented. The circuit adopted a current adapting circuit with flexible threshold setting and a highend current sampling circuit, which was easy to realize the modulation of peak and valley values for the oscillating current. Then the influences of peak and valley values on the charging efficiency of driving circuit were theoretically analyzed. The effectiveness of newdesigned circuit and the experimental method of optimizing the two values were finally verified. Accordingly, the circuit could ensure the consistency of driving high pressure, especially for multiple injections, which met the requirements of engine complex control strategy. Besides, it could not only simplify the design of boost module in the electronic control unit of complicated diesel engine and hence reduce the requirements of inductance technical parameters but also reduce the area of PCB and hence the design cost of ECU.
