摘要

以某高压比跨声速离心叶轮为基础,为进一步强化其性能,对双分流叶片叶轮内部流动特性进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:采用双分流叶片结构,能够改善堵塞工况的流动,降低主叶片前缘激波强度和叶片表面载荷,随着转速的提升,压比提升效果明显;在数量改进的约束条件下,两种双分流叶片结构各有其特点,所得到的结果为高压比离心压气机叶轮性能优化提供新的思路。

Abstract

The internal flow characteristics of impeller with double splitters were simulated in order to strengthen the performance of compressor based on a high pressure and transonic centrifugal impeller. The results show that the use of double splitter can improve the flow state at chocking point and decrease the shock wave intensity and main blade loading. With the increase of rotational speed, the pressure ratio of compressor increases obviously. Under the constraint of blade number, two kinds of impellers with double splitter have their own characteristics. Accordingly, the results can provide a new idea for the optimization of high pressure ratio centrifugal compressor.
