摘要

以柴油机铝合金活塞为研究对象,开展了活塞铝合金材料的低周疲劳试验。对活塞铝合金材料塑性性能采用RambergOsgood模型进行了表征,表征参数经仿真验证与测试数据吻合良好。对活塞铝合金材料低周疲劳性能采用塑性应变能理论模型进行了表征,在双对数坐标系下,铝合金材料的塑性应变能与寿命呈良好的线性关系。对铝合金活塞在柴油机低周考核工况下的非线性承载特性进行了研究,根据活塞在第5个周期时的应力应变关系曲线进行了低周疲劳寿命预测,结果表明:活塞在燃烧室喉口部位低周疲劳寿命最低,为低周疲劳危险部位,在活塞的材料考核及结构设计中应重点考虑。

Abstract

Low cycle fatigue test of aluminum alloy material was carried out through the piston of diesel engine. The plastic properties of aluminum alloy material for piston were characterized according to RambergOsgood model and the characterized parameters had good agreement with the test data. The low cycle fatigue properties were then characterized by plastic strain energy theoretical model. The plastic strain energy of aluminum alloy material had a good linear relationship with the fatigue life in doublelogarithmic coordinate systems. The nonlinear bearing characteristics of aluminum alloy piston were studied under low cycle lasting conditions and the fatigue life was predicted according to the stressstrain relationship curve of piston in the fifth cycle. The results show that the throat of piston combustion chamber has the lowest low cycle fatigue life and should be specially considered during the material selection and structural design of pistons.
