摘要

针对高压共轨柴油机电控系统,以飞思卡尔32位芯片为微控制器,控制新型芯片mc33pt2000,开发驱动电路和驱动软件驱动喷油器和燃油计量单元电磁阀。相比于传统的控制芯片,mc33pt2000芯片通过编程控制可以灵活调节电磁阀驱动电流、驱动电压以及驱动电流各阶段的时间,控制精度高、调试周期短,提升了高压共轨燃油喷射系统开发的灵活性,便于后期对驱动电压和电流进行调试修改。通过设计的驱动电路测得不同升压电压下的喷油器电磁阀电流响应时间和能耗,并对其进行分析。

Abstract

For the electronic control system of highpressure common rail diesel engine, the drive circuit and drive software to drive the injector and the solenoid valve of fuel metering unit were developed by using the microcontroller of Freescale 32bit chip and the new control chip of mc33pt2000. Compared with the traditional control chip, mc33pt2000 chip could flexibly adjust the drive current, the drive voltage and the drive time in each stage of drive current of solenoid valve through the programming control. The control precision improved, the debugging period shortened, and the flexibility of developing highpressure common rail fuel injection system improved, which made it easy to debug and modify the drive voltage and current in the future. The current response time and energy consumption of injector solenoid valve under different boost voltages were measured by the designed drive circuit and further analyzed.
