摘要

研究了不同珩磨形貌的CuNiCr气缸套与Cr-Al2O3涂层活塞环配副时的摩擦学性能。分析了CuNiCr气缸套磨损表面形貌和元素分布,以及珩磨角和粗糙度对缸套摩擦磨损和抗拉缸性能的影响规律。结果表明,优化珩磨角和粗糙度可以有效改善气缸套的摩擦学性能。珩磨角和粗糙度不仅影响活塞环与气缸套之间的磨损机制,而且还对润滑油膜分布和油膜的保持有较大影响,进而影响其摩擦磨损以及抗拉缸性能。

Abstract

The tribological properties between the CuNiCr cylinder liner with different honing morphology and Cr-Al2O3 coated piston ring were studied. The wear surface morphology and the chemical element distribution of the CuNiCr cylinder liner as well as the effects of honing angle and roughness on the friction and wear of cylinder liner and the cylinder antiscuffing performance were analyzed. The results show that optimizing the honing angle and roughness can improve the tribological performance of cylinder liner effectively. The honing angle and roughness not only affect the wear mechanism between the piston ring and cylinder liner, but also have great influence on the distribution and maintenance of lubricating oil film, which affects its friction and wear and the cylinder antiscuffing performance.
