摘要

为了保证工程车辆散热器工作稳定性,降低空气侧涡流产生的影响,针对散热器翅片几何特征进行改进。首先,对比管片式散热器模型的仿真结果与试验数据,以验证仿真模型的准确性;然后对安装锯齿形涡发生器的散热器模型进行仿真,计算改进前后散热器JF因子并进行比较;最后,对不同涡发生器结构参数下的散热器进行对比分析。结果表明:空气速度在2~12 m/s区间时,新散热器的JF因子高于原散热器,当流速为12 m/s时,改进散热器的JF因子高出约30%;对比分析不同涡发生器结构参数水平下的散热器,气流攻角30°和涡发生器高度2.34 mm对散热器传热系数和压力损失影响最大,涡发生器宽度变化对其影响很小,锯齿高度对压力损失影响较大,但对传热系数影响很小。

Abstract

In order to ensure the stability of engineering vehicle radiators and weaken the impact produced by air side vortex, the improvement on geometric features of radiator fins was conducted. The simulation results of tubular radiator model were first compared with the experimental data to verify the accuracy of simulation model. Then the radiator model with serrated vortex generator was built and the JF factors before and after improvement were calculated and compared respectively. In the end, the comparison and analysis among the radiators with vortex generator of different structural parameters were performed. The results indicate that the JF factor of the improved radiator is higher than that of the nonimproved radiator at the air velocity range of 2-12 m/s and the difference reaches around 30% at the air velocity of 12 m/s.It is further found that the influence on heat exchange coefficient and pressure loss for the radiator reaches the greatest when the angle of attack is 30° and the height of vortex generator is 2.34 mm. In addition, the width of vortex generator has little effect and the height of saw tooth has great effect on the pressure loss but little effect on the heat exchange coefficient.
