摘要
随着发动机的逐步强化,发动机低速大负荷工况下爆震倾向增加,而非正常着火的低速早燃现象是超级爆震的必要不充分条件。通过一台增压直喷发动机的台架试验,得出了早燃发生时刻的提前程度与缸压振荡峰峰值和最大缸压之间的关系,阐述了早燃发生时刻与其发展结果之间的关联;探讨了不同元素组分的机油添加剂对早燃发生频次的影响,重点阐述了机油添加剂中镁元素的作用,同时分析了钙元素对早燃发展为超级爆震发生的次数、概率以及超级爆震强度的影响。
Abstract
With the gradual strengthening of engine, the knocking tendency of engine increased under low speed and high load conditions and the low speed preignition phenomenon instead of normal ignition was a necessary and insufficient condition for superknock. Through the bench test of a supercharged direct injection engine, the relationships between the advance degree of preignition timing and the peaktopeak value of cylinder pressure oscillation and maximum cylinder pressure were acquired and the relationship between the preignition timing and its development result was described. Then the influence of oil additive with different element components on the preignition frequency was discussed, the role of magnesium element in the oil additive was mainly described and the effects of calcium element on frequency, probability and strength of preignition evolving into superknock was further analyzed.
