摘要

为了提高弧面衬套式活塞销的寿命,降低活塞销座应力集中,利用有限元法与正交试验法相结合的方式对弧面衬套式活塞销进行优化。建立以活塞销台阶孔圆柱内径d以及两端圆柱孔长度l为变量,活塞销最大应力值为目标的正交试验,同时考虑接触应力与热应力,求得弧面衬套式活塞销结构优化最佳参数:d=14.5 mm,l=8 mm。对常见活塞销材料进行研究,运用有限元仿真分析方法对优化结果进行检验,结果表明,材料对弧面衬套式活塞的影响较小。优化后的弧面衬套式活塞销降低了活塞销座与活塞销的应力,极大地提高了弧面衬套式活塞的寿命。

Abstract

In order to improve the lifetime of arc surface bushing piston pin and reduce the stress concentration of piston pin seat, the arc surface bushing piston pin was optimized with the finite element analysis method and orthogonal test method. The orthogonal experiment was established with the piston pin step bore d and cylindrical hole length l as variables and the largest stress value of piston pin as the goal. By considering the contact and thermal stress, the optimal parameters of arc surface bushing piston pin structure were acquired with d=14.5 mm and l=8 mm. In addition, the common materials of piston pin were further studied and the optimized results were verified with the finite element method. It was found that the material had little effect on the bushing piston. Accordingly, the optimized piston pin reduced the stress concentration of piston pin seat and piston pin, which improved the lifetime of piston pin greatly.
