摘要

针对快速稳定地采集与传输内燃机活塞顶面瞬态温度数据的问题,设计了一套活塞顶面瞬态温度采集系统,分别对硬件系统和软件系统进行了设计与开发。该系统采用高可靠性、低成本、低功耗的Zigbee无线通信技术,克服了红外测试过程中油雾干扰与安装困难以及蓝牙测试过程中高功耗等问题。将所设计的系统在4100QB2柴油机上进行实机试验验证,结果表明该系统在高温、高往复加速度环境下具有良好的可靠性与较高的测试精度。

Abstract

For the problem of collecting and transmitting the transient temperature data of top surface of internal combustion engine piston quickly and stably, a set of acquisition system for piston top surface transient temperature was designed and the hardware and software system were developed respectively. The system used Zigbee wireless communication technology with high reliability, low cost and low power consumption, which overcame the fuel spray interference and fixing difficulty during the infrared test and the high power consumption during Bluetooth test. The designed system was applied on the 4100QB2 diesel engine and was verified by the experiment. The results show that the system has good reliability and high test accuracy under high temperature and high reciprocating acceleration environment.
