摘要

针对轴流式动力涡轮低转速、低膨胀比的技术特点,利用负载压气机作为耗功部件,搭建试验台架,采用温降法对轴流式动力涡轮的绝热效率特性进行测定。试验过程中,根据相似原理对动力涡轮的设计工况参数进行相似化处理,采用低温(80 ℃以下)驱动方式进行测试;为了提高测试精度,采用了电加热调温、管路包裹、出口稳压处理等措施。试验结果表明:利用负载压气机作为耗功部件,采用温降法并综合各种技术措施,能够满足轴流式动力涡轮绝热效率特性的测试要求。

Abstract

For the characteristics of low speed and low expansion ratio for axial flow power turbine, the test bench was built by using the loading compressor as the power consuming component and the adiabatic efficiency characteristics of axial flow power turbine was then corrected with the temperature drop method. The similarity processing for design parameters of power turbine were conducted according to the similar principle during the test and the measurement was carried out by driving the power turbine with the low temperature gas below 80 ℃.In order to improve the test accuracy, some measures such as electric heating, pipeline wrapping and exit pressure fluctuation treatment were adopted. The test results show that the adopted technical measures can meet the test requirements of axial flow power turbine adiabatic efficiency characteristics.
