摘要

通过对国Ⅵ柴油机活塞裙部型面进行设计研究,并结合有限元和活塞动力学仿真计算,得出不同型面设计对活塞裙部侧向力、接触压力、敲击动能和磨损载荷等的影响。结果表明:采用叠加幂函数纵向型线结合修正变椭圆的活塞裙部外圆型面使活塞裙部磨损载荷降低了约47.3%,对优化裙部磨损效果十分明显。通过1 000 h耐久试验,验证了仿真分析的精度和型面设计的先进性。

Abstract

The effects of different profiles on skirt side force, contact pressure, engine knock kinetic energy and wear load were determined through the design and research of piston skirt profile of China Ⅵ diesel engine combining the FEA and piston dynamic analysis. The optimization result shows that the skirt wear load drops by about 47.3% by using the longitudinal profile of accumulative power function and the modified outer circular profile of varying ellipse skirt. By using the optimized skirt profile, the reduction of skirt wear is significant. The accuracy of simulation analysis and the advance of profile design were both verified after 1 000 h endurance test.
