摘要

介绍了颗粒捕集器的两种压降和捕集效率模型,并分析了有效长度、孔道壁厚、孔道数目、孔道宽度等因素对压降和捕集效率的影响,最终与试验比对确定了可用于分析计算的数学模型。在此基础上分析了捕集器结构参数用于计算压降和捕集效率的重要度,并以孔道数目为变量优化设计了试验室用不可移动的颗粒捕集器。结果表明,以孔道数目和有效长度为变量更有利于颗粒捕集器的性能优化,二者对压降和捕集效率都具有重要的影响;以孔道数目为优化参数改进颗粒捕集器,应用后压降可减小到3.5 kPa,效率达90%,满足使用要求。

Abstract

The models of pressure drop and filtering efficiency were introduced, the effects of path effective length, wall thickness, path number and path width on pressure drop and filtering efficiency were analyzed, and the mathematical model used to design and analyze was determined through comparing with test results. The importance of filter structural parameter to calculate the pressure drop and filtering efficiency was further analyzed and then the unmovable filter for test bench was designed based on the parameter of path number. The results showed that the path number and effective length were more beneficial to the optimization of diesel particulate filter and the path number had almost the same influence on pressure drop and filtering efficiency. The improved diesel particulate filter with the path number was applied and the pressure drop and filtering efficiency was 3.5 kPa and 90% respectively.
