摘要

研究了经济性驾驶模式的节油原理,阐述了控制逻辑和标定说明,并将其集成至ECU/TCU软件中与其融为一体。在某型SUV上完成控制参数的匹配与标定,试验结果表明,该模式NEDC循环节油效果明显,4辆车的平均节油率达到4.45%。为了达到量产应用要求,对经济性驾驶模式下的常温排放、动力性、OBD和驾驶性4个方面性能进行了专门标定开发和试验确认,结果表明,该模式下重新标定开发后排放和OBD性能完全符合法规要求,动力性和驾驶性满足客户和量产指标要求。

Abstract

The fuel saving principle of economic driving mode was studied, the control logic and calibration was described and finally the control strategy was integrated into ECU/TCU software. Then the matching and calibration of control parameters were conducted on a SUV vehicle. The experimental results show that the fuel saving effect of the mode is obvious in NEDC cycle and can save 4.45% on average for four cars. In order to meet the requirements of mass production, the special calibration development and test verification are conducted to improve performance characteristics such as atmospheric emission, power, OBD and drivability. It is found that the recalibrated emission and OBD performance in economic driving mode can meet the legislation requirements and the power and drivability can meet the requirements of customer and mass production.
