摘要
针对现代发动机高功率密度和低排放对高压比增压技术的需求,主要介绍了ABB,IHI,KBB,MAN B&W,MTU等世界著名公司单级大流量高压比增压技术的发展。针对压比提升后增压器有效运行范围变窄、效率降低、可靠性变差等问题,总结了各公司单级高压比增压技术的设计特点。
Abstract
Based on the demand of high pressure ratio turbocharging technology for modern high power density and low emission engines, the technical developments of single stage turbochargers with high flow and high pressure ratio in world famous companies such as ABB, IHI, KBB,MAN B&W and MTU were introduced. For the problems such as narrowed effective operating range, low efficiency and reliability deterioration due to the rising pressure ratios, the design features of high pressure ratios
turbocharging technology were finally summarized.
